Below are a number of services currently available. Each offer can be modified to suit your needs

One To One

My time is your time. Anything goes in this session, we can train or we can discuss different aspects, whether it be training or nutrition (£30)

Assessment


An assessment can be carried out to locate any weakness the client may have. Advice can then be offered to address these issues.


Weight Training


Standardised training session, training sessions will change on a week to week basis. I will help you to understand how to perform each exercise correctly and safely while also educating you about what each exercise does.


Nutrition


Nutrition can be a very heavy topic. There are so many ideas out there today about what is a healthy diet and how to get the best results. In this hour we can cover any queries that you might have about nutrition.

Buddy Sessions

Work together with a friend or family member to help you achieve your goals (£50)

Working with a friend/family member to help ease you out of your comfort zone.


Personalised Sessions


These sessions are unique. Sessions are manipulated to ensure that both clients' needs are met and that they are pushed to their limits.


Before / After Pics (Weekly Weigh in)


Buddy session transformations offer before/after pictures along side a diet plan.

8 Week Block

8 Week Block consists of 16 sessions, 2 per week. Each session is £25.

I believe there is no better way to see the hard work pay off than with before and after pictures. There will also be weekly weigh ins so that we can ensure that we are on schedule to meet our goals.


Diet Plan


This diet plan has a range of options to help you reach your needs. This diet is put in place to help you reach your goals by improving health and performance.


Personalised Training Programme


First week consists of fitness testing so that a programme can be put in place specific to the client to get the best results and also address any issues such as imbalances/weaknesses.

12 Week Block

12 Week Block consists of 36 sessions. 3 sessions per week. Each session is £22.50.

24 Hour Support


During the 12 weeks I will be with you every step of the way. If you are unsure about something or need a kick up the backside I will be available to contact.


Personalised Diet Plan


This diet plan will be put in place to ensure we reach our targets each week. This diet will be modified weekly to ensure calories and macro nutrients are kept in check.


Before / After Pics (Measurements / Weekly weigh in)


I believe there is no better way to see the hard work pay off than with before and after pictures. There will also be weekly weigh ins and measurements so that we can ensure that we are on schedule to meet our goals.

An innovative approach to coaching and training all done online.

Train when it suits you


You work out when it suits you. No longer does your workout depend on your trainer.

The days of looking for random workouts are over. No more going into the gym without a plan, or just going through the motions.


Nutritional Guidance


Worried that you can't eat your favourite foods? Don't. My approach to nutrition won't force you to eat chicken, rice, and broccoli (unless that’s your thing).
